Shipping Policy:
All orders are shipped, on average, within 2 or 3 weeks from the time your order is placed. With the exception of Bakery Goods. All Bakery items are preservation-free and some are perishable requiring refrigeration. Therefore, Overnight, 2-Day or 3-Day shipping is required to maintain freshness.
We always try to ensure that your order is shipped in a timely manner but some products require more time before shipment.
Return Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied with any unused or defective items. You may return the item within 15 days of receipt. No monetary refunds will be given. We will exchange merchandise with another product or issue a credit to be used toward a future purchase. Please call (916) 332-4798 or e-mail us at customerservice@classydogpetsupplies.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA).
Returned merchandise must be in its original, unused condition or need to take a picture of damaged item. A 15% or $5.00 re-stocking fee (whichever is greater) will be applied. All Shipping is non-refundable(unless due to damage).
We encourage you to measure your pet accurately. We allow only one exchange per item.
For your protection, we suggest you send your return via USPS or Fed Ex with insurance and a delivery confirmation for tracking purposes. Classy Dog Pet Supplies is not responsible for package lost in shipping. If you are unsure on how to proceed with an exchange, please contact us for help.
Unauthorized returns, C.O.D. and postage due returns will not accepted and will be returned to you. We do not allow product exchanges for any merchandise that is sent back to us after 15 days, has been used or is not in its original new condition.
We reserve the right to determine whether or not an item returned is in its unused original condition.
Shipping:
We shop all orders via USPS ground or USPS priority, and/or FedEx overnight, 2-Day or 3-Day. Insurance may be purchased at time of order. The Shipping method is determined by Classy Dog Pet Supplies and is solely determined on the best method for each individual order.
We assure you, all possible care will be taken to make sure your products arrive in perfect condition. We cannot "guarantee" that some bakery items will arrive without shipping damage. Once it leaves our hands, we no longer have control of how it will be handled.
Once an order has been shipped and there is a delivery confirmation. Classy Dog Pet Supplies is not responsible for any theft of product or delivery to the wrong address. You must notify us within 15 days if order is not received.
Sales Tax:
Sales tax is charged on all orders shipped in California of 7.75%
Out of Stock Items:
We try to be sure that our products are in stock. But there is no way to completely insure that an item ordered will be in stock at the time the order is placed. Many of our products are drop shipped to your address directly from the manufacturer. This allows us to offer you the widest selection at the very best prices. Shipping times and availability vary due to the different manufacturers policies. But we will do our best to see that you receive your order in a prompt and timely manner. If the item you have purchased is out of stock or discountinued we will email you promptly to let you know when, or if it will be available for shipment.
