The fully lined upper body, collar and overskirt are a poly cotton chintz material as well as the front side of the double bow.  The fabric has lush two tone lilacs set on a black background with scattered green leaves throughout.  The underskirt and back side of bow are 100% cotton.  The neck and belly have velcro closures.
