The dress is made of a lightweight cream cotton fabric with a lighter cream floral print all over.  The collar of this designer dress is delicately stitched with a cream floral border and the waistline is embellished with a sweet organza and satin bow with a floral rhinestone center.  The bottom of the skirt has a satin rose trim applied.
